Get Customers to Love You in 30 Minutes a Day

You know you have an amazing product or service to offer your customers. You did your research, found your ideal customer, and now you’re marketing away. Tweets, facebook posts, ads, emails, and the list goes on. Why is no one buying anything? Well, for starters, customers want to feel understood. They want to know that you really care about them. So, it’s time to start interacting with them. Here’s how to do it in 30 minutes a day :

  • Hop on twitter and set a timer for 10 minutes. During those 10 minutes, find 5 tweets from your potential customers and either reply or retweet.
  • Login to facebook and reset that timer for another 10 minutes. Find a group that’s related to your business or check out your current fans’ facebook pages. Again, find 5 posts and respond to them.
  • Get on LinkedIn, put another 10 minutes on the timer and check out one of your groups. (Don’t have any groups? Join some today. It’s as easy as typing in keywords at the top of the page. Try to join at least 20.) Next, click on the discussions link near the top left of the page. Comment on 5 discussions.
  • That’s it!
  • Do this everyday. Rotate the groups and people you interact with and you’ll be on your way to having loyal customers in no time!

Bonus points: Set aside time on your calendar each day to make sure you don’t forget.
